Affordable venues between Lansdale PA and Wilmington DE?

Hi Ladies,
I am new the the knot... I just got engaged last week and I am thrilled but stressed about the $$$! I have been researching venues for the past week and the prices have been overwhelming me! Here is what I am looking for, I hope someone can help

Best case scenario: 150 people, less than $80pp including tax, booze, and gratuity, Saturday night in June (I know, peak season), and I would like it to be in a hotel with a ballroom, any suggestions within my budget?

I like the idea of doing something "rustic" as well...

Thoughts? xx

I think you're going to have to make some concessions on your must have list - like the hotel or having it on a Saturday night. Anything that's in that price range on a Saturday night - will most likely not be in a hotel. If you can forego the hotel check out Williamsons in Horsham, Talamore (Lansdale) has packages within your price range and Center Square GC - Worcester - will compete with Talamore priices. I don't think they're exactly rustic - unless you want to do a tent on a farm in Collegeville - Northern Star Farm. If you decide to stay local - I'm in Trappe - I know some great local vendors too. Just a thought.
I work in a hotel in Center City. Our packages start at $90.00pp all inclusive. (Tax, Grat, Bar, Comp. Suite for Bride and Groom and Cake).

I think I have a good place for you! There's a place in Springhouse, PA (near Lansdale) and it's a bit more than you said ($106/person) but that's inclusive of all tax and tips and also includes 5 hour open bar and the flower arrangements for each table and the cake. It's a good deal, and a beautiful site! I ended up going with Normandy Farm, buy Old York Road Country Club was our second choice.

A place closer to Wlimington would be Ballrooms at Boothwyn, Boothwyn PA. They have a package that's all inclusive(food, alcohol, cake) for $80/pp. They have beautiful facilites and are awesome to deal with. They do not have a hotel though. But it's a shot! There are hotels nearby.

I am getting married at the Mendenhall Inn and paying under $80 per person and the package includes everything-food, cake, alcohol, tax, gratuity. They have a multiple packages to choose from. Also check out the Concordville Inn- they are the same company as Mendenhall so very similar packages.
