  This is just an example that not every bride has a the same experience with a vendor. Although we give reviews on here, it is also good to check other sources (wedding wire and wedding channel) and do your research. I mean, I had a horrible experience with the Renaissance (and I can attest to another bride and information from an employee about their screw ups), but other brides on here give them good reviews. It's all relative.

  I have just recently used Alan and Kristin and they went above and beyond to make our day great. Right when we arrived home from the honeymoon we had a "sneak peek" that is only making us so much more excited to see the video. They also have many different options such a slideshows during your events, and so many more extra perks. From the day I emailed untill now ( even after the wedding) they are so attentive and get back to me so fast on every little questions ive asked, ( and ive had alot) I loved using them becuase they are real people who are funny and laid back, and really listen to your ideas and give you tons of ideas as well. And to top it off the best part was the price! It was an easy decision after meeting with them ( which again they made very easy ) to pick them as out videographers, and I can still say I am glad we did!

  I unfortunately was very disappointed in Alan and Kristin's service.  We were told we were getting our video two weeks ago in which it was never mailed.  FInally a week later, I contacted Kristin myself only to get an attitude in response and excuses as to why it hadn't been mailed yet.  Finally, when the video had arrived we found it to be missing our bouquet and garter toss and also a game we played called the "marriage test".  I contacted Kristin via email to hear one excuse after the other stating that first the photographers got in the way or something funky like that happened then she blamed the fact that our venue didn't supply them with a table and chairs to sit in during their meal and that they must have missed it because the only thing she remembers is having to eat on their laps in the hallway.  When in reality, I have picture proof that Alan was filming my best man and my maid of honor with the garter on afterwards so therefore they must have been there the whole time.  Also, the whole video seems to be of a younger female crowd dancing when there is no footage whatsoever of my niece and my other family dancing.  I'm very disappointed and upset in their whole service and was expecting much more from them considering my friend recommending them for our videographers.  I would not recommend them for your services!!!!!!
