Hello fellow Greystone Brides!

I'm torn between buffet vs plated. I'm leaning towards the plated chicken and steak.

Any other brides out there made up their mind? Or even past brides?

I was in a wedding at Greystone. We had the plated chicken and beef. It was amazing.

Plated chicken & filet is the way to go!!! My brother & SIL had their wedding there. My mom was so impressed with it that she decided to have my shower there!!

We have decided to go a different route and do the buffet with the Prime Rib carving station, the Gouda Chicken and we are either going to do the salmon or the whitefish not sure yet. We went to the Mother's day brunch last year and saw that the buffet was nicely set up and we also liked the variety that you get when you have a buffet since you get the option of three entrees. Definitely go to the Mother's Day brunch, one because it is free for us brides and grooms, but two the food is AMAZING!!!

I was just going to do the raspberry chicken plated, but I'm thinking of adding the filet. And girls you have to do the Mothers day buffet! It is great.
