  We considered a barbecue theme as well.  I think as long as the food is good, the guests won't care.  It didn't work out, so we're having the barbecue theme for the RD instead.

  I totally wanted a southern style barbecue meal to go along with our rustic theme but it didn't work out for us either.  I looked into Famous Dave's and realized that their costs were as high as a normal caterer and it didn't come with the perks of professional catering companies.  That begin said, I got a quote from a caterer called Just Q'in that will bring a truck to your location and will cook on-site.  From what I recall, the quote was lower than what Famous Dave's was and they were voted best BBQ in Cincy last year by Cincy Magazine.
  
  The guy I talked to from there was really nice and seemed like he'd work with any budget.  Here's their website:

  I've been to a large scale business meeting catered by them and it was really nice in presentation and quality! Plus they have the best corn bread ever
