1 inch sophisticated heel

I'm looking for a low bridal heel that isn't matronly. I'm a young bride with an elegant, princess, lace ballgown. My fiance isn't too much taller than me so the highest heel I want is 1 inch tall, so we will not look the same height in pictures. I still want to have some type of heel, so I feel dressed up. I don't want to wear a flat or ballet slipper.

I'm looking for an ivory, muted pink, bronze, or champagne shoe.

Any suggestions? I've checked out most of the major stores and sites (DSW, Macys, Nordstroms, Zappos, Endless, 6pm, etc.)

have you tried places like TJMaxx, Ross or Marshalls? their inventory changes so much that you may have luck there.

Hmm, one inch is hard to find. My FI is only about 2 1/2 inches taller than me, so I wanted a low heel too. I went with a really pretty ivory peep toe (and has a bow type of thing on it too) pair from DSW that is 2 1/4 inches. That was about as low as I could find that was cute. I would recommend DSW because they have really cute shoes that are inexpensive.

Is there an Off Broadway in your area? They are similar to DSW but I always seem to have better luck finding what I'm looking for.

I bought these (link) in ivory. The white version is dyeable if you wanted a different color. I like the look of the kitten heel, and their fairly comfortable.

I just ordered these from endless.com and think they will be my wedding shoe - like you, my fiance is only a little taller than me. These are ivory, not white, match my dress perfectly, and they have a little bling! The heel is 1 3/4.
