Very retro - my mom's bridesmaids wore them in 1969.

  • My mom also had something like that in 1970!

I just got the newest Bridal Guide magazine and there were lots of blushers and fascinators in different colors.
  • That's awesome ! I'm actually doing that and making them out of millinery veiling. Damn it I thought I was being unique =\  but a word to the wise: Make your own. SO much cheaper.

Thanks!

<div>That's adorable but I thought those were "birdcage" veils.  Aren't blushers more like this:</div><div>
    </div><div><a href="http://www.charlottesweddings.com/wp-content/uploads/blusher-veil.jpg">http://www.charlottesweddings.com/wp-content/uploads/blusher-veil.jpg</a></div>
  • Those are birdcages, not blushers.
  • If you are talking birdcages that is one thing, but blushers would look wierd in my opinion.  Also, Back in my mom/g'mas day women wore black blushers and birdcages to funerals.
