  Do you think these all-in-one invites wear the RSVP card is a tear-off postcard are tacky? They're very environmentall friendly and vary widely in cost; some very expensive and some cheap. But, are they tacky?

  They're not tacky at all! I think they look great! But boy those "expensive" ones are really expensive! The ones I likes were $6 EACH!

  I don't think they're tacky either. A little more casual than traditional wedding invitations, but practical.

  Agreed - more and more of my friends do one invite without all the extra stuff in them (me included). Especially if you're not having a super formal wedding. I think it's more modern that way.
  
  I LOVE the expensive ones, but they are expensive. I would encourage you to check out etsy.com. I was able to find a designer that worked with me on my invites and they were $1.50 each (including envelope) for a super custom job! If you find a designer with the paper style you like (long and skinny, etc), but not the exact style, just ask. Etsy is the best for stuff like that.

  Thanks for your input, everyone! I really liked the idea for the all-in-one approach for convenience and less waste of envelopes, but I've never seen this done before.  I'll check out etsy too.
