1) Everyone would have an avatar picture. It's like your face. Now, the pic wouldn't have to be your real face. For example- Narwhal has a narwhal. That's cool with me. When I think of Narwhal, I picture a narwhal. I'm a very visual person. I forget names easily, but I remember Noelle's "That's when I knew I wuz not favorite" signature picture. If that's even Noelle. I used to get Noelle and NQB mixed up name-wise. But I knew the siggy pic!
2) All newbies would be considered sane until proven crazy.
3) The whole "Congrats! You're engaged" type of posts would not occur. I think they're silly and completely off-the-wall crazy. Like, the OP isn't BSC. The person who tries to tell her she's engaged when she and her BF don't think so... THAT person is BSC. You can't TELL someone what their relationship status is.
4) The background would not be a clickable jeweler's ad. It would be purple.
5) I would change the text at the top of the forum from the whole "Found a dress and planned your flowers but no ring?" thing to something more like "In a serious relationship but still waiting for him to pop the question?" or whatever. Something that doesn't attract crazy people like flies to honey, and which better describes the actual tone of the board. I mean, it's really mean to encourage young women to plan their weddings before getting engaged when that is widely considered unacceptable and weird.
