Bella Pictures?

Has anyone used or heard of Bella Pictures, they are pretty popular and my fiance and I are going with them, but I am having some reservations using a National photography company.

    Bella is an "umbrella company". They hire freelancers from the local area and randomly assign you one. You will not have a choice in your photographer and you will not get to meet them until your wedding day. They are sort of the grab bag of photography. There are actually tons of horrible reviews of them accross the internet. The consensus is that they tend to have horrible customer service, especially after your wedding day when you are trying to get your products.

    I am a contracted photographer with Bella Pictures, and I can say that they provide a good serice. However, its important that you select a photographer with a portfolio, that matches the look you and your fiance are going for!
