Has anyone done this? Does it work?
I need to start another form of exercise. Riding horses alone isn't cutting it. I've def. gained some since the wedding and I've been looking into this and looks pretty decent.
I also listened to a couple of the music for the work outs and can tell where the music would help.
I've had knee and sheen issues in the past, but haven't had any recently and think if I just do a slow transition, which this seems to be one, I'll be alright.
What are your thoughts?
