New catering director

Just got a call from my venue that the catering director I have been working with is no longer with the company.

I am slightly nervous about this.  The new catering director called me to introduce herself and she said there is nothing to worry about, everything is in my file but still I feel a little worried.

    Aww, I am sure everything will be fine! Just maybe make an appoinment to meet with the new director and review what you have agreed on so far. Can I ask what venue?

    I wouldn't worry. I would go over everthing  with her just to make sure there have been no changes.

    It's good that this happened now rather than much closer to your wedding date.  You should definitely meet with the new catering director for piece of mind and so you feel comfortable with her.
