  Makes great sense!  I like the speeches staggered through courses so that people can eat and listen - keeps them focused.  I would say have the majority of things done before 10pm as older or OOT guests might leave, and so that you can just have fun and not worry about specific photography moments, etc.

  Your timeline looks appropriate and very similar to what we will be doing. I love the idea of speeches in between courses. It keeps guests engaged and is a good alternative to doing all the speeches at once (which can be boring/long).
  
  Are you doing a cake cutting? Make sure that isn't too late in the evening either. Older guests seem to love that tradition

  We want to make sure we have everything planned that we wanted photographed, since the photographer leaves by 8pm, I think.
