I have been trying to respond on the other thread, but it keeps saying operation aborted, so I just figured I'd respond in a new post.
Movies had nothing to do with my asking about marriage licenses. The reason why I was asking is because my friend that got married in Dallas not only had to sign it, but she had to submit names to the county of the two witnesses that would be signing it.
I was just curious about if they did this in Travis, because they don't do it in Harris.
