  I went to the bridal extravaganza last July and I will be going again this weekend and i suggest putting your name, FI name, wedding date, and contact email. You will get A TON of emails from the vendors that you hand out your information to so I would suggest creating an email specific for your wedding stuff and use that in order to avoid a bunch of spam in your every day email.
  
  You can also include your phone number if you want to however I did not want vendors calling me on my cell so I left this off and only wrote it down if I truely was interested in booking them.
  
  These labels will save you a ton of time if you have them ready to go before you get there you can skip the line for all the girls waiting to pay for them to be made which is always a plus in my book!

  this was a WONDERFUL idea and I'm so glad I saw it before I went to the event.  They were selling 30 labels for $5 and the line was ridiculous.  I'm very happy I saw this before I went.  Thank you!

  I did this to because they cost about 10 a page.
  Include your:
  Name
  Wedding Date
  Email Address
  Home Address (if you like)
  and Phone Number.
