    I'm not a huge fan of him, but the prices seem reasonable and part of the proceeds go to charity so I guess it's not all bad.  It seems like a ton of celebrities are coming out with clothing lines so I don't think this is all that different.

    Like duds said, no one has to buy the clothing. I think he is an asshole but let's be honest, sports are so big and important to some fans that I'm sure his line will do well. Sad but true.

    Dot you can't be a world class loser if you are an all star athlete.  It just doesn't work that way.  Obviously we care more about home runs and goals than if you are a moral human being or not.

    You bet your bippy I'd be more willing to forgive him if he committed a crime against a human. Unless it was a child. Crimes against defenseless creatures are more heinous in my eyes. 

    All sports have their share of asshats but football seems to attract more than most. A season or two ago we had a discussion about what was the worst to have on your team - a murderer (Ravens), a rapist (Steelers), or an animal abuser(Eagles). And those are all just local teams. I am sure there are a lot of other criminals out there.*

    FTR not all of the people we were discussing were convicted but still.

    I like your perspective Celtic. I would not buy one thing he sells, but he has a right to sell it. If anyone can read the details of what this guy did to dogs and think he deserves the name "human" I would be shocked.
