Name Change - Two middle names?

Silly question.  Am I able to change my name to have two middle names in NJ without a lot of hassle?  I'm debating about making my maiden name a second middle or dropping it altogether.  My parents don't think I should drop my middle name and make my maiden name my middle (they keep point out that they picked out my first and middle name), and I really like my middle name.  But, I feel guilty dropping my maiden name (although it always stays my maiden name).  So, just wondering if the two middle names is an option.

    I believe it is.  A friend of mine just got married in May and this is what she did.

    My parents gave me two middle names.  It's a little annoying, but I've never had a problem.

    I'm just worried because the middle name would be 13 characters if I did both.

    EV4149 - what do you use when you have to put a middle initial?

    What about hyphenating to keep both last names instead of making your maiden name a second middle name? 

    I have no middle name but opted to hyphenate in order to keep my maiden name.  However, both last names are short so it works well in my case.

    You can have multiple middle names, but honestly when would you use your whole name with all 4 names? I get why you want to do it, but pratically I don't see when you would use it. You wouldn't sign all 4 names, I don't even sign my middle name, rarely my middle initial. 

    If your maiden name isn't something too odd maybe it could be a nice middle name for kid if you're planning on having a family? A friend of mine has her middle name as her mother's maiden name, I think it's sweet.

    Well, since my parents gave me two middle names, I've learned to just deal with it. 

    So I go by Ev4149 Jane Mary Smith ONLY on really important documents (i.e., my mortgage, my attorney's license, things like that).  They won't put my whole name on my driver's license, which is annoying.  For most things, I just go by Ev4149 Smith, or Ev4149 J. Smith (like my credit card).   I usually skip my second middle name. 

    Luckily, I am not taking FI's name.  Then I would have 5 names and would REALLY be stuck.

    You can't put anything on your drivers license but your first name middle initial and last name. So I'm Laurie M. Smith-Jones (I hyphanated to keep my old last name) As a pp said I'm not sure when you would use all of the names and along those lines you don't really file anything officialy like name change documents you just make adjustments on your credit cards and various other papework.

    If i decide to change my name which as of now its a no it would be hyphenated i love my soon to be maiden name and think its a part of me i shouldent have to change it just because im married i asked him and many others what if he was to change his to mine n they all laughed so why can ti have the same reaction to changing mine to his
