Davids Bridal Prices...NOT Davids Bridal

I had frustrating experience at my local Davids bridal as a bridesmaid, so I am loathe to go back to them....anywhere else in Jersey that has Davids bridal prices (dresses under $600) that is NOT a Davids??

which Davids bridal did you go to?

Keep in mind that the customer service varies greatly from store to store. I had a terrible experience at the one in paramus, and ended up going to the one in wayne and they were great! i got my dress, FG dresses, bm dresses and both moms got their dresses there and they did a great job.

Maybe try a different DB for a better experience

HA Paramus is the one I went to as well!! Definitely NOT customer service friendly there!

exactly...I had a terrible experience there. I highly suggest the one in Wayne, they were so nice. I also suggest going at an off time to look, you will get a lot more attention then if you go on a weekend afternoon. Good Luck!

Yea, Paramus sucks. I made an appointment at 8:00 at night on a Saturday and it was still crazy busy.

I went yesterday to the David's Bridal in Springfieldd to purchase my dress and my bridesmaids dresses. Allana was the person who helped me.
She was SO nice! The first time I went there and yesterday I had good experiences. Yesterday I had my hair and make up done from the trial. Allana gave me a fake flower bouquet and took pictures of me, my bridesmaids and my mother.
So I agree with the post before. Sometimes is not so much the store, is the person who helps you.

Yes, my co-worker who is also getting married told me about J Crew for bm dresses! I had no idea they had that. Also, glad to know about Davids Bridal in Paramus! That would have been the one Ii went to this weekend but I guess I'll try Wayne on Sunday! Thanks ladies

I agree the customer service in Paramus is terrible! But I went to the one in Wayne and they were sooo much better. I got my dress, and BM dresses there.

You may also want to try to order your dress from pearls Place or another discounter (RK Bridal). I got my Wtoo dress for just over $500.

i got my dress at group usa - good prices - they even have th $99 sale like david's bridal. my dress cost $599 and the lady was a sweatheart

their bridesmaid dress collection isn't the best though

another place i liked was Sandreen's Bridal in Saddle Brook - GREAT customer service.

Arlene's Bridal in Bloomfield has a really nice selection of lower-priced dresses and their customer service was great.

I too went to Paramus when I was a Bridesmaid and have SWORN off David's bridal. They were terrible... Try Group USA.. there is also one in Seacacus. I did not know about the one @ Jersey Gardens. I just stopped in the Seacacus one to see wha tthey had, the lady was so nice and asked it I wnated to try anything on. No appts needed it seems..

East west bridal in seacacus has good prices also for bridal gowns but not so for MOB and not sure on BM - the owner Elyse is wonderful - her husband Gary is a bit different but harmless - good luck!
