TIPPING FLORIST & BAND

Good Morning ......I know this subject has been discussed...but I need some help

.  How do I appropriately tip the employees that will be setting up from the florist? I was charged a set- up fee from the owner and he will be there with employees. But would like to give the employees something.
 
Also, how do I tip the band members? How do I arrive at a number & divide evenly.

    I'm not sure about the florist but I tipped the band members $25/each...I gave the envelope to the band leader and asked him to distribute it evenly to everyone

    We gave all the delivery people 20 bucks. (cake, linens, chairs, tent, floral etc.) My dad was in charge because he was over at the reception site being antsy anyway so it was good for him to be busy ;)
