How was yesterday for everyone? I only had time for a 1/2 hr workout, but spent the whole 1/2 hr on the treadmill running so it worked out well

Today is an emotional day for me, the 10 yr anniversary of my father passing. The gym has always been a place of comfort when I need to deal with anything emotional, regardless of what the emotion is... so I am heading there right after work and I assume it'll be a good long workout...
