budget friendly venue?

My fiance and I are looking to hold a wedding for about 120-130 people, feed them, and open bar for under $7000.  Any venues/locations that are within that price range?  I have yet to find one.... We're open to a Sunday or Friday wedding also.

Check out Regale! at DC Ranch in Scottsdale! We are having our wedding there (on a Saturday) for about 75 with EVERYTHING included for about $10K, but Tony & Linda are AMAZING! If you tell them what you need, they will work to do everything within your budget. It's a really unique venue, and Market Street in Scottsdale has really awesome photo ops.

    Good luck with the planning!!

I am getting married at a beautiful place outdoors. It is a private residence on 15 acres of land. They have tuned into a wedding venue. Its vintage and unique, really cool place. You can bring in all your own vendors so it keeps the price really low. The venue is abut $1800 or less and it includes tables, chairs, linens, etc. My budget is 7500 and I have 200 people coming and this place is keeping my in budget. Let me know if you need any help or want the info. My email is golfin2good4u@yahoo.com!!

Can I ask how you found the private residence for your wedding?  We were thinking of the same thing, but weren't sure how to find what's available.  Thanks!

I actually went on to all sorts of vacation rental homes websites and looked. I found quite a few but I am having a wedding for 200 so it was a little more difficult for me to find a place then if i had even 150.But those people were all charging 3000 plus to rent just the venue and they provided nothing. So one day randomly i found an ad on craigslist. It was these retired friends who all lived on this 15 acre property and they decided to make the main house and patio the venue. They are so nice and really affordable. Let me know if you need the info. Golfin2good4u@yahoo.com
