Bridal Salons

I'm relatively new to the Detroit area and I am wedding dress shopping next month. Any good bridal salons around Detroit that have relatively inexpensive dresses?

What do you mean by inexpensive dresses?  What's your budget?

I'd need to know what you mean by inexpensive too but I would recommend the bridal salon at Macy's in Somserset depending on your style. They don't have a huge selection but they had exactly what I was looking for and it was such a nice experience!!! The larger store is Demetrio's at Coolidge and Maple, and they have a huge selection in all price ranges. It is still more expensive though than somewhere like David's Bridal.

</div><div>I had a very bad experience at the Macy's bridal salon due to the small selection, so it's really hit or miss whether they have what you like or not. It was the very first place I went, so tht didn't help. I would suggest trying a bit larger salon first. As others have said though, it would help if you were more specific on your budget.

I went to Piera's Bridal in SHelby Township, if you love a dress there and can't afford it, they will sell you the sample for cheaper so that you can.  Their selection is very large and the staff is the best around.  I had such a GREAT experience there.

I purchased my dress at Dior Bridal in Dearborn. The most expensive dress there is 2500. Cheapest I think is about 950. They are all so beautiful. It was def. hard to choose!

I probably should have been more specific :) I would like to spend under $1000, but not opposed to spending up to $1500

Check out the Maggie Sottero gowns, specifically at Arena Bridal - I got my Maggie Sottero for between $1100 and $1200, with the alterations included, PLUS get 20% off any accessories (veil, etc) I purchase there.
