Good morning ladies, and woo-hoo it's Friday! 

I'm looking forward to the week-end, but not the heat!!  We are going to my friends wedding on Saturday (super excited) but it's outdoor.  Yikes!!  And hopefully I can sit Kevin down for more than 10 minutes to discuss catering options, our next big thing on our to do list!

    Morning, Happy Friday!

    The air seems to be working in this building today, thank goodness.  Yesterday everyone got snippy and that was no fun.  I'm reading Memoirs of a Geisha right now, and I'd much rather be home reading than here working. 

    My cousin's 11th birthday party is tomorrow, so we're heading to my parent's house and going to that, should be fun.

    Morning all!!!

    Well, I'm back in the office. We are going to fudge the system and record my hours on paper. Once the darn criminal background check is complete they will put my hours in as overtime. I'm currently sloshing my way through the million emails I received while I was out of the office for 34 days. So far one of the two HR ladies has apologized for the snafu...but she was also the one who apologized on Tuesday. Have yet to see the head HR lady. I'm guessing she won't say a thing b/c that would mean she made a mistake.

    Still waiting for the call from V.R.B. about my dress. I will raise holy hell if the dress isn't here before my July 16th appt with Olga.

    Good morning!!

    I'm at work but I'm seriously dying to get away. I want to sneak out, lol.  We're doing some more odds and ends at the new apartment today and tomorrow we're doing big furniture and stuff.  DH is hopefully getting all of the things done that I put on his to do list, lol.  

    Tonight we're going to see the Michael Buble concert at the RBC center! We're very excited, it's going to be so fun. Our first dance song was Everything by Michael Buble so it will be sweet.  :)

    ps. Shelly, why don't you call them today and make them call the company to find out where it is?

    Meredith, I would love to call them...but I feel like I"m being a pain. I'll start calling next week Wednesday if I have still not heard from them. I will also ask to speak with a manager and get some solid information about my dress. After Wednesday I'll stop playing nice.

    Oh, and so jealous you are going to the Michael Buble concert. Is your hubby going willingly?

    If you need the dress before the 16th, which is next Friday, I would definetely not wait until next Wednesday!!  If the dress hasn't shipped by then there won't be much that can be done at that point.  I'd call now and ask to speak to a manager and tell them you just want to be told what the real deal is and when to expect it since you need it by mid=week next week!  At least if they have screwed something up again they will ave a few days to try to fix it!

    Good evening!

    Hope everyone has a great weekend. I have to work tomorrow. BLAH. But FI is off on his bachelor weekend, deep sea fishing and who knows, so I guess working is not all that bad. 

    Mary, How is Memoirs of a Geisha? I need a new book.  I miss reading so much, I am rereading books that I have.  I need to go by the library and see what I can find.
