I proposed not too long ago on a cruise ship. Let me tell you, it was one of the best places to propose. We were in the middle of the ocean on a Celebrity ship. Just had an elegant dinner. The night sky was clear and full of stars. There was hardly anyone around. I got on my knee and proposed. Bought the ring a few days before after reading this review:
