Napa honeymoon lodging

Hi ladies,

I've seen a couple of posts on here about Napa, but none really had lodging information. FI and I are honeymooning in Napa/Sonoma. We've gotten a ton of great recommendations about which wineries to visit and what activities to check out, but we're completely stuck when it comes to lodging.

Ideally, we'd love to stay in a private cottage or a modern (read: no grandma decorations) B&B but would consider a hotel if it had a smaller/private feel to it. Do you ladies have any recommendations of places to check out? Our budget is $200-300 per night.

I've been reseraching this lately and here are a few really nice places but they might be more like $250-$350.

H and I stayed at Maison Fleurie when we went last year and we were really happy with our stay. They have a few B&Bs in Napa and Sonoma and you can pick your room based on the ameneties you want.

We are going in July and we are staying at the River Terrace Inn in a river view room. We used our AAA rate and I think it was $199 or thereabouts. We are only staying one night.

This is where I would want to stay if I was staying there for the entire vacation.

Thanks so much ladies! The River Terrace Inn looks gorgeous, and I saw Milleken Creek but it is insanely overbudget ($600+ for one night). Anyway, this helps so much! Thanks again!
