Looking for a reasonably priced photographer, any suggestions?

    She's great! My e-pics with her are on Feb 21 (barring any HUGE snowstorms LOL)....a few other knotties on this board have used her (that's how I found out about her) and were very pleased!
    Let me know if you have any more questions about her.,....
    If you're looking in the DC and Baltimore area, I would not suggest Luke Eshleman.....great pictures, not so professional when it comes to the contractual part of things....PM me if you need more information!

    Meghan Lynn did my b-pics and they turned out great! I definitely recommend her too. At least for b-pics she was much cheaper than everyone else I talked to.

    I used Jason Putsche and I found him reasonable considering he was there for 12 hrs, and we got all of the hi res digital negatives. He was $1500 for the day.

    We're also using Stephanie Miller Photography and she is very reasonably priced.

    Another one I liked who wasinexpensive (though I don't think a full time photographer) was Mike at wolfeimages.com

    Some other suggestions - Jenni from Forever Yesterday, Mandi White, and Matt Fuller from Tender Imagfes are other board favorites to check out.  I don't know what your budget is, but I used Jen Lowe and absolutely loved her (but I think she's on the higher end of what some might consider "reasonable").  Good luck!

    Kevin photographed my wedding, and I still treasure the pictures! He was very easy to work with, and his talent exceeds his price (very reasonable).

    My husband and I absolutely LOVED our wedding and engagement pics done by DC-based photographer Luke Eshleman (www.lukeesh.com)!  Incredible pictures and very professional from the planning, contracting services, interactions with our guests, and most importantly the pictures that he took which we will treasure forever.  I cannot say enough about his work!  It is FABULOUS- very creative and artisitc!  And he's a genuine and nice guy to work with.  If you're interested though, I'd book him soon as I've noticed he has been featured on big-name bridal blogs such as the Bride's Cafe, the knot, etc. and it makes me wonder if his prices will go up.  I've been telling my engaged friends to book him sooner rather than later to make sure they can lock in a reasonable price.
