Hi!
I have a meeting with Brant on Monday (he's in Ellendale). Says he's been doing wedding photography for more than 18 years. He's cutting me a pretty a good deal, I think. He's giving me 200 4x6s, Disc with all the pictures (1000+), 8 hours, one photographer, my own copyright, viewable online, free engagement session, and will deduct $50 for every hour I don't want.
His normal price is $1990, but he's having a sale through to the end of the year to make the package $995. Since I'm having a Monday wedding, he's taking off an additional $100. So it would be $895 minus $250 since we only need him about 3 hours, which makes the total approximately $645, plus tip. I think this is a really good deal considering a good chunk of my budget is for photography (we're trying to do about $2000, not including dress). What do you think (about the photography, not budget

)?
My sister is a wedding photographer, too, but I want as many pictures as possible. She said that his photos seem pretty traditional and straight-forward. My sister takes more modern and angled pictures. I plan to ask him if he can do angle shots and shots that are out-of-norm. Has anyone else used him or know anyone who has? I found him through Go2Wed.com.
