    I had 2 showers....one of which was at work. My main shower was held at Restaurant Mazzi in Leola (Lancaster Co). We had lunch, played a few low key games, opened gifts and ate cake! The food was amazing and everyone had a wonderful time :)

    DD's shower was a DIY outdoor event at her Grandparents' farm.  She helped define the guest list, but that's about all she knew about it.   We had two low-key games, and served a luncheon with food we made ourselves (included the mint tea and homemade ice cream!).  I had a small display of photos and memorabilia of the bride and we made tissue dahlias to hang in the trees. 

    Her other shower was a champagne brunch given by her in-laws at the home of a friend.

    Mine will be a Pampered Chef bridal shower held in Lancaster. 

    I know Pampered Chef parties are controversial, but I received a lot of positive feedback from people before it was booked.  It seems like a nice change of pace...and I can learn how to be domestic, haha.  Invitations are being prepared to be sent and mention my other registries so there is no pressure.

    Mine is tomorrow at my house (we just bought a house so it's a sort of housewarming party too) and then I have another one next weekend up with my FI's family in the Lehigh Valley.

    Ther are a tons on vineyards areound central PA and they would be a great place tgo have a shower!
