According to this wholesale webste it's a sunvary, but I haven't been able to find it on their own website yet. I'll keep looking, but good luck finding it!
Be very careful with dresses ordered from China. More than one bride has lost their money for a dress that is unwearable or never arrives.
At least one of the other dresses listed on that page is a pic stolen directly from the Alfred Angelo website, which does not speak to reputable business practices. Oh the other hand, it does mean there's a good chance the dress was originally made by someone else.

<div>Eh, I think this varies by region/social circle - this would actually be tame for some of the MOBs I've seen recently. Besides, it's not like MOB's cleavage is going to steal the spotlight from the bride - my policy with my own Mom (and the MOG, when she asked my opinion) is that they should wear whatever makes them feel happy and special.</div>

What she said!!
Besides, the dress NEVER looks as showy on the real person as it does on the model. And actually, my mother has much more cleavage than that.
What she doesn't have, is over $1, 000 for a dress, sooo....
Maybe now that I know the designer (thank you ladies!!!!), I can find something along those lines only much, much cheaper.
