  Main Street Cupcakes (Hudson) makes very good 'fancy' cupcakes with REAL ingredients (butter, not shortening in the icing, etc). There are only one or two of their flavors that I don't care for, but most are excellent. Worth checking out to see if they work for you.

  Babycakes in downtown willoughby is fantastic.  I work nearby and their cupcakes are amazing.

  I also recommend Main Street Cupcakes! We had them at our wedding in August and people loved them! They also have a location in Rocky River which may be closer to you and the Geneva area.
