Saz's Catering

Please share any feedback you can...good, bad, or ugly. Have you used them? What did your guests think? Was it a good value? Have you eaten at a wedding that has? Was the bar package affordable? How was the service? Do you love them? Hate them?

Thanks in advance.

Our wedding is coming up and we hired Saz's. Five tastings, and I admit I had a "Saz's?? attitude, they won us over.  We loved the food at the tasting.  I respected the "pre-meeting" and was able to take advantage of the tasting by asking to sample items we have NOT had.  We found something new, and something to not put on the menu.  If you want International Stations...they have it down. (We have heard recommendations and personally experienced once.) All guest interactive! I can't wait for our reception.  As for value (our venue handles the bar) and amount of food, they beat everyone hands down.Ed is our guy, but I am sure with the work ethic and the passion at Saz's, everyone on events staff is fabulous

I went to a casual park wedding with Saz's catering (barbecue style mostly...burgers, brats, hot dogs) and it was delicious!  Ten times better than some plated entrees I've had at other weddings.  From a guest perspective, I loved it!

They do such a great job.  They are by far one of my favorite caterers in Milwaukee.  If you can work with Katie, please do!  Or Jim Kasper.  They're all great, but they are my faves.  Everyone often thinks that Saz's is going to mean BBQ and chive fries, but they outperform the competition ten times over when it comes to weddings and events.  They are masters at stations also if you wanted that type of reception.  They just totally get it.  Have fun if you meet with them!
