Centerpieces?

What is everyone doing for their centerpieces?  I am looking for ideas without flowers.  I want some sort of light, either candles or the aqualites.  We are stuck!!!

We are doing tall round vases with colored water marbles with a candle and candle sticks with lights. We are getting married in January so we kinda have a winter thing going on. We are using clear Christmas lights to light up the rest of the room.

We have two centerpieces actually three if you count the family tables.  On the family tables we have a big candelabra that will be at the front of the church during our ceremony and then our other two tables will alternate with these:

This one will have pink and orange petals in it and we are making wood pedestals for the vases to sit on and putting some black shimmer fabric over the top to pick up the light from the candles

This is our other one.  It will have silver twigs in it and then votive holders hanging from the branches as well as crystals.  There will be hot pink glads in the vases rather than the ones shown in the picture.

We're doing tall black vases, and yellow tissue POMS on top. It's the picture for my Avatar.

Also we're having a 2nd different CP, it will be 3 cubed vases with black and yellow water beads in them.

I/we cannot decide what to do!  Ack!  My FI would like something larger and high/tall, high ceilings at the venue, but we cannot find anything we like or that's within our budget.  It's stressing me out ha!

Thanks!  We didn't want flowers because they can be expensive ... but we may just do silk ones!

I think with pins or a hot glue gun?  Here is the link where we found it.

Hmmm I haven't really decided this at all yet!  I think we may do something with Japanese-style lanterns and perhaps flower petals?  I don't know.  We're not allowed to have any open flames at our reception venue so I'm thinking battery-powered lights in the lanterns.

we are doing cupcakes on cupcake stands as our centerpieces - they will function as both the wedding cake and decoration!
