the dress doesn't fit

My dress came in, and it's too small!

My weight is becoming a battle, and I started a blog to track my workouts and eating habits. I could use some encouragement!

    1. Please don't advertise your blog on here.  You can place a link in your signature like many of us do.

    2. Be careful.  All liquid diets aren't always the safest.

    3.  i suggest you join one of the free sites like SparkPeople to track your food intake.  They're great for letting you know what kind of calories your eating.

I downloaded MyFitnessPal on my phone and it's been great.  It tells you how many calories you should take in to meet your fitness goal.  If you have a smart phone, you should try it.

I love myfitnesspal because it helps me with my food intake.

Yikes! Good luck with your weight loss. I used livestrong.com to lose weight a few years ago and it was immensely helpful. I think it's very similar to myfitnesspal and sparkpeople.

When my dress first came in it didn't fit either.  It only zipped halfway up!  Needless to say this was a nice smack in the face back to reality.  I started working out and watching what I was eating.  And while during workouts, when I started to get tired and wanting to stop, I started saying my mantra over and over again..."Wedding dress, wedding dress, wedding dress"  It is amazing how repeating what your goal is over and over helps to motivate you to keep going or to step away from the chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream (ugh...so my downfall)
