Need a Wedding Planner!!

Anyone have any suggestions? I am in the Columbus area... where should I look? Does anyone have experience in this?

    i've heard wonderful things about ana titus.
    also if you look back a few pages on this board, someone else asked this question a week or so ago and got some good suggestions.

    Emilie Duncan is ours....she is absolutely amazing! I haven't worried about one thing the whole time, and she was a lot more budget friendly than some of the others we met (though they were all equally nice).

    Our wedding coordinator is Nina Banks (Nina Marie Weddings).  She is amazing and has really gotten us some great deals.

    Is that Nina at Scioto Reserve? If so, I absolutely loved her when we were meeting with her for the venue. We almost stayed with her even after deciding to go elsewhere. She is definitely a sweetheart as well.

    We're using Heather Hanselmann with every event elegant. She's really REALLY good at taking the load of my shoulders. Plus she really captures what you and your fiance want. It's awesome

    We're using Heather too!!

    You should definitely at least give heather a call or shoot her an email.
    She has several different packages that she offers that have different price points and you can decide which one fits best for what you want.
    Heather is amazing... she has been completely available whenever I had a question or needed her professional input.  She has amazing ideas and always tells you an honest opinion lol.

    Cannot urge you enough to check her out =)

    I don't know about Ana Titus.  I sent her an email over a week ago and never heard back.  I've read on here that others have had that problem as well with her.  Joie De Vivre and Scarlet City both got back with me the same day.

    Our wedding planner is Joi de Vivre. Sabrina is incredible I have to say. I was a guest at a friends wedding this past September (she was the wedding planner of the wedding) and I can honestly say that it was the most cohesive, well planned and executed, and beautiful wedding/reception's I have been to out of countless weddings (and I have a ginormous family...lol). It's always smart to 'shop around' for any vendor and very much so for a wedding planner. I think it's one of the most important decisions you can make. I can only tell you what I have seen of her work and what I have experienced so far. I can only say great things about her. We're getting married 10/09 and things have just started to pick up now that we are just over 7 months away with booking vendors and she's o top of things, extremely organized, and always responds back to emails, texts, and phone calls immediately it seems like. I know that I will not have to worry about anything this entire time and enjoy being engaged (one of the main reasons I wanted a WP in the first place....work, school, family....waaaay too busy to throw planning a wedding in there). She has options available for any bride as far as $ and when/why you'll want her. Email or call her to set up a free consultation and see how you two get along and explain your 'vision' or just what you're looking for and like.     My wedding coordinator is Jennifer from The Finer Things event planning.  I love her because I am totally a type-A bride and she is SO helpful and is very good about getting back with me.  We are in the early stages of planning but thus far she has been great!  You can look at reviews of her and different coordinators on weddingwire.com - I found this helpful and that is actually how I found her.
