Dress re-design

I am going to be married in my grandmother's wedding dress.  I am very excited and it fits quite well, but I want to meet with a tailor/dress designer who can make some small upgrades (the material is 65 years old).  Does anyone have any recommendations?

I don't want to insult a dress designer by saying that I do not want them to make the changes they suggest (I want it to still look like my Nana's dress), but I would love someone who understands fabric to do some tailoring (currently I can't lift my arms above my head because old fabric has no stretch!)

Thanks!

Chris O'Hare in Quincy has a great reputation. She's re-doing a dress for me. A lot of brides have had great experiences with her.
