looking at your wedding dress saves the day!

I don't have mine in yet (just a couple of weeks!), but was having a crappy morning and looked it up online. I'm SO in love with it! Can't wait to wear it :)

Do you girls have yours all taken care of? Hanging safely in your closets? Still working on alterations? Mine won't need any alterations and I'll have it so soon! I'm storing it at my aunt's though... I don't think I have the willpower to not show FI!

    I have mine safely hanging at my Grandmother's house. I still have to get it hemmed and a bustle put in, but meeting with the seamstress next week. I'm so excited. The next 2.5 months need to go by very quickly because I can't wait to wear my gown. I can't wait to put the dress on next week. I'm so excited. FI and I are both torn between wanting him to see and not wanting him to see, but we're both trying to hold strong in holding off until I walk down the aisle.

    I scheduled my bridal portraits last week and I'm sooooo flipping excited for those.

    Mine isn't in yet....the shop thinks it will be in within the next two weeks or so (it should be in their next shipment of Maggies).  I'm fine with it though, still want a little more time to lose more weight before the first fitting!  They recommended the first fitting about 6-8 weeks prior and my wedding isn't until late Jan, so I have plenty of time.  Still need a veil though!

    Mine is in, but I live out of state from where the dress/wedding is.. I'm going there for my showers mid November, so I get to try it on again in exactly a month from TODAY! So antsy.

    I definitely did that after ordering mine!  It's away at alterations right now, but I pick it up TOMORROW!  Then it goes away safely in my closet, which I just cleaned out for it :)

    Mine is in and hanging wrapped in a sheet in the closet to hide from the Fiance. I have to get my shoes and get moving on alterations!

    Mine is hanging smack in the middle of my walk in closet. That is the only place away from prying eyes and high enough to not hit the floor. I see it everyday and everyday I smile! Fitting is scheduled for Dec 1st and it needs to be taken in quite a bit. So excited to show it to FI, but I can resist showing him. I want it to be a surprise. I won't even give him hints.
