Insanity Workout

I joined a 90 day beach body challenge this week, which requires you to do the Insanity workout, and it is amazing!!! I have been losing weight pretty quickly which is a plus :). I am a size 16 (tight) -18 and my goal is a size 12 by June, 30th this year. This is a workout that I have finally stuck with because the results start quickly. I am the type of person that gets frustrated quickly, so if I don't lose pounds within the first week I get discouraged. Anyway, just wanted to share the info :)

I have been doing the Insanity workout also and I can't say enough good things about it.  Absolutely LOVE it.  I get bored with workouts easily because I've found a lot of fitness DVDs can be almost too easy (for me).  Insanity is such a challenge and I can actually feel my body changing.  I am just past the halfway mark of the 60 day workout.  I definitely plan on repeating it when I'm finished.  Highly recommend if you're looking for a more intense, more challenging workout.

ETA: Apparently Shaun T is teaching classes at random gyms throughout the country.  He's going to be at a gym near me in March.  Already signed up to attend!

  • I've had my eye on Insanity!  I'm a P90X girl and won't purchase Insanity until I actually complete the 90 days!  (I've only had p90x for 2 1/2 years).

  • I just started this work out as well. Just wanting to know if people have actualy seen some results so that is good to know:) TeeTee I am the same size as you and would love to be down to at solid 14. How long have you been doing the workout?
