. I am a size 16 (tight) -18 and my goal is a size 12 by June, 30th this year. This is a workout that I have finally stuck with because the results start quickly. I am the type of person that gets frustrated quickly, so if I don't lose pounds within the first week I get discouraged. Anyway, just wanted to share the info
