Lafayette, LA reception places

Hi all,

I am getting married next June and i have the perfect place (i think ) to rent out for the reception. the UL alumni house. Has any one held anything there before? how much does it cost? any reviews about it at all? 

if not where are some other places i can rent out for that night?

    It might be good to post this on the Louisiana-Baton Rouge board too since that is closer to Lafayette.  There may be more girls there with some answers for you.  :-)

    There a place there that I have heard of called Sunny Meads.  I think that it is going to be style specific.  Its def an old historic home, but I hear its gorgeous.
