I think I would like to have a croquembouche, the traditional French wedding cake, at my wedding instead of a tiered American style cake. A croquembouche is basically a tower of cream puffs held together with caramel. I am not a dessert person so I am more interested in having something that is visually appealing and different looking (although I am sure it will still be delicious).
By any chance does everyone know of a bakery in Orlando that makes this type of cake? I know it might be a long shot but I figure I might as well ask before I start calling every bakery in town.
Thanks!
