We are having a very difficult time finding a civil officiant for a quick ceremony in DC in April. We would prefer the officiant to not be a minister -- so a judge, justice of the peace (do they exist in DC?), or similar type of officiant.
Does anybody have any recommendations or suggestions? The DC courts do not give out a list like some of the surrounding states/counties.
