    I've done some of them...I'm not really a fan of them.  They used to have Jillian Michaels on there and her workouts are incredible!

    Lol that's how I got hooked on her 30 day shred, and now have almost all her DVDs!! I get bored easy so I was looking through the on demand workouts, not too many good ones though..
