I saw your post about Hannoush.  They resized my ering in 24 hours.  They also resized my wedding band in a few day and they fixed a problem with it in a few hours.  I go to the one in the Poughkeepsie Galleria. The owner/jeweler is almost always there.

    We got the rings through the one in MIddletown but they send everything out to corporate so I brought the e-ring to the Newburgh one.  The stone that broke out and is missing is a tapered amethyst bagutte so they are hoping they can find a match.  The jeweler there was going to the city this weekend to look for the stone.  The Newburgh one has a jeweler there 3 days a week.  If We don't like the service at this one I will try out the Poughkeepie one next time :-)
