    I was thinking the same thing!  I've done pretty well this week - I'm back on track after being ill and out of town.  Down about a pound or so in the last week, so that's something to be proud of.  I just need to be careful about what I eat (drink?) tonight and at a belated St. Patrick's Day party on Friday night!

    I'm doing pretty good.  Down 2 pounds this month, but could be doing so much better!

    I added Boot Camp Conditioning at LA Fitness into my workouts and its kicking my butt.  Big time.

    Spinning twice a week, swimming once a week, and prenatal yoga 3 times a week is keeping me very busy, but all worth it. I actually ran the St Paddy's Dash for Beads 5k on Saturday...5 mos pregnant! It felt great, though.

    I've still only gained 5 lbs with this pregnancy which the doctors are not concerned about since my baby girl is growing perfectly healthy and on schedule.

    Congrats!!!!

    I'm not really weighing per se but I had to go buy a lot of new clothes so that I can be dressed at work when I go back next week.  I even bought a new dress in that clingy fabric instead of something with a little more structure.

    ugggghhhhh I've gained a few pounds since I've been back in Dallas. I have had the hardest time getting back into a routine. It really doesn't help that I was out of town this weekend/week for five days for a girls' trip and I'm going to San Diego for four days for a conference next week. But, I'm going to limit salt/sodas to reduce bloat before our e-pics on Sunday. I'm going to do as well as I can, and then I'll be back on it full force when I get back from CA.

    Wow--great Emi!

    I did a triathlon on Saturday--but I've refused to weigh myself for awhile. I'm finishing p90x this week and I start Insanity next week. I'm actually going to follow the meal plan this time...

    Thanks ladies. I'm not a freak or anything. As my dr put it, I wasn't at my "ideal" weight when I got pregnant, so I'm not prone to putting on a lot of weight. Apparently, I did that pre-pregnancy. :) Drs really have a way to kill your ego...

    That's great Emi!

    This week has been better for me, with the nicer weather I'm able to take Gypsy our on mile walks/jogs on my off days from the gym.  Chris is on spring break so after work yesterday we both went to the gym and I remembered how great it feels getting in a work out with him. I'm down about 2 pounds this month, which kinda makes up for the crappy Feb where I slacked off.

    I'm late on this, but I haven't had much time for Knotting lately.

    I'm back in the gym because I just got cast in a show in Denton...and I have to sing my first song wrapped in a bedsheet.  That'll put the fear of God back in a girl.

    I'm down 25 lbs total since December and it feels SO GREAT.

    Emi - I would've punched that doctor!  But congrats on staying so fit and healthy during your pregnancy!
