  The East Village has some great community gardens, such as the 6BC Botanical Garden and more off-beat ones (i.e. Creative Little Garden and La Playa or something like that).
  
  They charge a fee for wedding ceremonies -- $250 to $350.  I am not sure if they charge for wedding photos.

  Head down to the river via the Delancy St. overpass. You'll be able to get awesome images in the park down there with the Williamsburg Bridge as a backdrop!
