Hi guys,

Well I haven't posted on this board in a while, but since last time I was here I am down 40 lbs and I have 94 days til the wedding eeeekk!!! I just finished day 2 of Insanity and I think I died a little lol. Anyway I love the encouragement and accountability of this board, so ill be seeing you all soon

You go!!!! Insainity is insane! lol Like any workout, its all in how dedicated you are. It is intense. I love their stuff and am actually a turbo-fire junkie!
