  We are in the midst of deciding now, and I will let you know who we go with as soon as all of the quotes come in.  I'd also love to hear any feedback that anyone else.
  
  Currently, our thinking is:
  
  Crazy Chefs: seems nice, has what seems to be the cheapest alcohol package, deals with more local/organic foods
  
  Casual Gourmet: has been doing weddings at Heritage longer than anyone else, tons of experience, beautiful displays
  
  Sebastians: Very nice, but seemed to keep pushing us into a higher price point, and the Boston location is far for us.
  
  Chef's Table: the only one that fed us (and the food was great), has a smoker, which is awesome if you have any interest in great BBQ, very very nice, seemed to understand what we were going for the most.
  
  Honestly, though, we aren't going to be able to decide until we get all of the quotes.

  We went with Crazy Chefs - they had the most imaginative food at the best prices.
