I'm looking for referrals for wedding bands in NYC.  I'm looking for one that can play old and also in particular new songs that are popular now...Thanks!

    Try the Black Velvet Band with Tara O'Grady. She does all the old songs from 30s, 40s, 50s and if you have modern songs you can request them. http://taraogradymusic.com/ She sets a mood for another era and can be either really romantic or get the crowd dancing.
