I have a question. Lately when I have been trying to access certain websites (mostly online shopping) I keep getting directed to a page that tells me that the website isn't available to Quebec residents. Only, I don't live in Quebec. Does anyone know why this would be happening? Does it have anything to do with my IP address? H seems to think that it might be because of our ISP, I don't see how that makes any sense, although I don't really know what I am talking about.
