So I think I am starting to get more excited about our amazing honeymoon than the wedding at times! lol!  We are staying at the sandals la toc resort.  I was wondering if anyone has been or knows people that have been?  I know there is tons of stuff to do just at the resort but was curious if there is any must see or do things on the island outside the resort?

    We stoped in St. Lucia on our HM cruise. We went to the volcano and mud bath. I highly recommend it.

    We stayed at Sandals La Toc and LOVED it-- St. Lucia and Sandals.  There is tons to do outside of the resort and the island itself is beautiful.   Our travel agent helped us pick the destination and resort based on what we were looking for- we wanted an island that offered a lot outside of the resorts and an all inclusive adults only resort.  We chose La Toc simply because it offered the most restaurants on the resort and we liked the Sunset Bluffs.  (I can send you my TripAdvisor review if you'd like, just PM me.) 

    Our friends all went in April and stayed at The Landings.  They were really happy there as well.  My older sister split her time between Sandals and Ladera and really enjoyed both.

    We are going to the Grande St Lucian for our honeymoon at the end of the month!  I've heard such good things about all the Sandals resorts and you can hop from one to another - can't wait!

    We just got back from our honeymoon a couple weeks ago! We stayed at La Toc and LOVED it! I highly recommend the Joe Knows tour. We had a blast! We also did the Ziplining adventure and loved that as well. I would recommend attending one of their orientation tours. They were offered at 10am and 5pm daily. We got their late our first night and didnt know much about the resort but after attending the orientation the next morning we had a better idea of what went on and felt more comfortable not having to stop and ask questions. Enjoy!!

    I haven't stayed at the Sandals resort, but I have visited the property. It is really nice, you will love it.  You will want to visit the other side of the island, which is about 90 minutes or more away from your hotel.  You should have lunch at the Ladera Resrot one day--they have an amazing view of the Pitons.  Highly recommended.  There is an old sugar plantation over there.  We did a tour there that also took us to see the volcano.  Thye call it the "drive through volcano"  but really it is more like "walk through volcano".  

    We stayed in Marigot Bay.  If you drive up around the bay, you will have a great view.  It has been called "the most beautiful bay in the Carribbean".  There is a very nice restaurant there called the Iguana, or Lizard or something.  You take a little ferry across the bay to get there. It would be a great place for a romantic dinner.
