  I would check out Estes it is in the mountains and alot of their venues have outdoor sites.

  
  

  Alot of ski areas does weddings on the top of their mountains in the summer like Steamboat, Aspen, Beaver Creek, Copper, and Winter Park to name a few

  
  

  if not in mountains but very close and has views of the mountains

  Tapestry House in FC

  Ellis Ranch in Loveland

  Fountains in Loveland

  A friend recently got married in Aspen near the Marroon Bells and loved it.
  
  10 Mile Station at Breckenridge is a great spot, http://www.breckenridge.com/groups/weddings/weddings-in-breckenridge/ten-mile-station.aspx
  
  And so is Devils Thumb Ranch near Winter Park

  You can search both of those locations and find a lot of great wedding photography of those spots.

  Did you try Granby Ranch? It is a ski area that used to be called SolVista Basin. Quaint and beautiful! Keep us posted on your search!

  I second Maroon Bells AMphitheater.  My wife and I got married there.  Fee, at the time, was $200.  Absolutely nothing compares!  We held our reception in Snowmass
