Knotties! Need help. I am looking for a restaurant where we can host our reception for around 45 people. It's intimate. I'm open to different boroughs and maybe some outer boroughs coz we are on a budget, and when I say budget, i mean 'budget' lol. Restaurants with a tiny backyard are ice too.
